1970 Chevrolet C-10 Automatic Show Car Very Clean.

This truck has a certain presence about it. It doesnt matter where you bring it, a crowd soon gathers around it. Its the combination of colors, the detail, wheels, tires, interior, all complimenting one another, all working together to create one heck of a package. You can spend fistfuls of money on anything, but thousands of dollars do not guarantee something that looks good. You have to have vision, style and taste and when you combine all three, what you end up with is an award winning vehicle like this truck has already proven to be. It is fresh and ready to go, get in, hit the key and take off. It is clean from one end to the other and has only test miles on it.

Read below for the details of the build.

Body:

The body and paint are spectacular as you can see from the photos. The subtle two tone paint tastefully accentuates the all GM sheetmetal body. Clothed in a combination of Destroyer Grey on the body and Anvil Grey on the roof really gives the truck attitude. The panel fitament is very very nice and the body lines are smooth and straight. The paint is fresh and has just been completed so there are no scratches, chips nicks or dings.

Interior:

The interior has been done in Ultra Leather and is one of the many strong selling points of the build. It looks great and the diamond pattern stitching gives you a definite high end look, while still maintaining the old school flavor. The seat is a 60/40 split bench of a later model Chevy pick- up.

The gas tank has been moved out of the cab of course, to a blazer style tank under the bed. Behind the seat is finished off nicely. The dash houses custom Dolphin gauges, a GM factory tilt steering column, with a custom billet wheel. Creature comforts include A/C, power 4 wheel disc brakes and power steering.

Factory A/C vents and radio delete.

The air bag suspension is controlled with a hand held controller fed up between the seats and a pair of gauges mounted below the dash monitors the air pressure on all 4 corners.

Engine/Drivetrain:

The engine is a SBC displacing 327 cubic inches. It houses a Howards Hydraulic Roller camshaft with Howards Retro Fit Hydraulic lifters.

Topped off with a set of Aluminum heads sporting 200cc intake runners. Topping is all off is an Edelbrock intake and Holley carb with electric choke. Spent gases are expelled through a new exhaust, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, exiting right before the rear end. It really sounds good. An aluminum radiator with dual 16 inch electric fans keeps it cool even on hot days. The pictures of the engine compartment do not do it any justice honestly. Its what you dont see thats impressive. No wires, no clutter, everything executed perfectly. The engine itself is painted Anvil Grey, while the engine bay is Destroyer grey. It gives it the same subtle play on color as the body and roof and it looks awesome. The transmission is a 700R4 overdrive to make cruising easy, while spinning a 3.73 geared 12 bolt positraction rear end. Transmission shifts nice and firm and rear end cruises without whine.

Suspension:

Drop the altitude and gain some attitude is the motto. Air bags front and rear with an AirMAXX 4 corner adjustable controller is the culprit for the attitude.

Its sits just right. ViaAir pump and a large tank hidden under the bed quickly lift it back to ride height to get you heading on your way. A combination of Ride Tech and BellTech shocks are on the corners. Four wheel disc brakes and a Wilwood master bring this party to a screeching halt when called upon. How can we not mention the rolling stock? High end Budnik billet wheels of the 20 inch variety tuck ever so nicely into the wheel wells when the air is drained from the bags. It rides and drives like a new, a sway bar and fully rebuilt front suspension really help it carve the curves.

This will make a nice addition to any collection and will hold its own at any show sitting beside any car. It is ready to drive and enjoy. This is not a cheap truck, with that being said there is no possible way you can build it for what I am willing to sell it for today. I have described this truck to the best of my ability and have provided as many pictures as I can to show you everything I can. I accept no liability for mistakes made in the description.
